2. Registration

Any agency or individuals found reselling or providing for free addresses and/or profiles will have to pay LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM ?450 per each profile.


4. Privacy

Any personal data received from customers will be used only for communication between LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM and a customer. LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM will not use this information for any other purpose. Any information LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM collects will not be shared or sold to any other company.


5. Anti-scam policy

We present only profiles of real people, no fake photos. We do not publish personal information with other intentions than gaining personal relationship. 8. Complaints and violations

9. Prices and payments

Any paid service (membership) is at the current prices stated on our web site. LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM reserves the right to change these prices at any time without notice. Payments for membership or services not cleared until we have received an authorized funding from PayPal, for the full amount outstanding.
Paid membership is on a continuous service basis. This means that once you have became a paying member, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your credit card will be charged based on the payment period - monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually - you have chosen. Credit card charges will be processed within 24 hours after a paid membership period is selected. You may cancel your paid membership by going to the Billing History Section of your account, simply click on 'Turn it off' to disable the Auto Renewal feature of your account. YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND FOR UNUSED TIME.
ALL MEMBERSHIP AND SERVICES FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.


10. Trademarks

You agree not to display or use in any manner the information or logo of LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM without LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM prior permission. All materials published on our pages is a trademark of LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM.

LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY EVENTS TRANSPIRE THROUGH USE OF OUR SERVICE.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO: Change the terms of use of LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM agency. Change the site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of the site. Change any fees or charges for using the site.

You will log into LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM at least once every 30 days, if you fail to do so, LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM will move your profile in a search result at the end of list. LOVE-AND-MIRACLE.COM is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its customers and members.
